Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is a part-Italian and of Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she was featured in a public announcement about foster care. When she was 10 years old, Cook started working as a child printer model which was seen in national Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuits.
